Sims 2 screen size too small on Win 10

I have Sims 2 Ultimate package, which I just downloaded on this new laptop with Windows 10 and went to play and only screen size option is 800x600 with 60 refresh rate.  Screen size is square utilizing only a portion of my screen size and when the Sims walk around inside residence black rectangle under their feet moving with them.  Now this laptop is replacing another laptop that was also Win 10 which I also had the Sims 2 downloaded on and it played perfectly on that one, so not sure what to do to get it to play on this one... Please help

@BMHansen , there is a video on YouTube that shows you how to fix this issue. Not sure if we can link to YouTube, but if you search Screen resolution for Sims 2, you should be able to find it.
