Sims 2 Ultimate with hardcopy (2015)

I read (just yesterday) that Origin was letting previous Sims 2 owners get the "ultimate collection." It's been exactly a year since that happened, and I want to know if it's still possible to get, and I can't seem to contact anyone through the EA support. Is it even possible to still get the add-ons? I have the hard-copy version if that helps.

Why do you say you can't contact EA Help ? It doesn't open ?
