Sims 2 Black Screen Problem [ Edited ]

Okay when I start up my game everything is fine. 

I load the world then my screen goes black and I can't get out of anything until I sign out.

Here are some things I tried but failed to work for me.

1. Graphics rule changer thing I downloaded from sims network

2. Updated my computer

3. Unistall and reinstall the game

4. Deleting my cache files

5. Downloaded the vcredists x64 and x86

6. Downloaded .NET framework 

7. Run as administrator 

I didn't even add any custom content yet.

Here are my computer specs I guess if that helps...

GPU: GeForce GT 730

CPU: AMD FX(tm)-4350 Quad-Core Processor

Memory: 8.00 GB RAM (8.00 GB usable)

Current resolution: 1366 x 768, 60HZ

Driver version: 353.30

Operating system: Microsoft Windows 8.1

Can you try to turn on the compatibility mode ?

1. Find the Sims 2 UC Icon on your desktop
2. Right click on it and choose properties
3. Choose the tab compatility
4. Click on the little tick in compatibilty mode and choose Windows XP (SP3) from the dropdown box.
