Hi! 

I dont get an option anymore to get a Live chat support and i dont know why. I was disconnected from the previous chat and Please help me I just found the lost serial code for my Sims 2 on my old PC and I want it added to my Origin account as I cannot play it anymore from my old pc. Anyone please help?

Hello @rockerzta If you are having issues contacting live support it may be the support for the region you are contacting hasn't opened for the day.
