    What country/language is your Windows Operating system ?

Answer: Thailand.Thai and Windows 7 .

    Do you have the following folder: documents\ea games\the sims2 ultimate colletion\ and if so, do you have any files in the neighborhood folder (or similar)

Answer: "D:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection"

    Did you have the Sims 2 on your computer and uninstall it before installing the UC ?

Answer:  No.

That's the installation folder. You don't have a UC folder in documents, right ?

Could you try the solution posted in the first post.

@s22222sbb Did the game create the folder for you now or still not ?

@xDickey Sounds like you changed the wrong thing. Did you backup your registery before changing ? Can you double check you changed the right thing ?
