Nope I do not own Thai Windows. The translations are ridiculous. lol Everything runs fully in English

@crinrict I installed the game in English. I'm currently in English for Windows but I also have Japanese installed as well. No, nothing about the Sims 2 is in my EA Games folder in My Documents. I've looked everywhere for the Neighborhood files even in the Origin Games folder. Nothing but the expantion packs are in there, I can't even find the base Sims 2 and no, before installing this I didn't have The Sims 2 installed.

This is how your Installation folder should look like. Base game is within the Double Deluxe.
It seems to me some systems have issues creating the doc folder. Probably because of that TM. Here's what it looks for me.
