Problem with the code

Hi! I recently redeemed The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection with the code I-LOVE-THE-SIMS but when I try to play, the game asks me for an activation code of The Sims 2 Fun With Pets Collection. I’ve been looking on my Origin library, but in the info page of The Sims 2 there’s no “product code” field. What I’m supposed to do? Now I ninstalled and I have to wait 13hs to complete the installation. I hope it works

This problem had been resolved last week. You have to install again the game in order to fix it
