Problem after installing sims 2 update

After I let origin update my sims 2 yesterday I can no longer capture screenshots in game with screen capture software. Fraps will not run and gadwin shots are blank. Clicking the print screen button just takes a shot of the desktop. Please don't suggest using the in game capture, you need a microscope to see it!

Obviously the update broke something and now I can't roll back!

Never mind, after reinstalling fraps, it's working again
