Live Chat Not Working

I am trying to live chat with a representative and it is NOT working. My husband has tried on his computer, we both tried different browsers, deleting cache and cookies, etc and nothing is working. I can't seem to get through to anyone and I've been waiting for hours (despite the "chat now" button saying the wait is under 5 minutes!) Is the chat down? Please help!

Do you have any anti pop-up or ad-blockers or extensions that could prevent the window to open correctly?
