Having trouble installing the sims medieval

Hello I bought a code to install the sims medieval on pc but I don't know how to use it. I'm afraid I might have messed up somewhere. I didn't know that it wouldn't work on origin so when I entered the code it told me to enter it on the sims 3 website. So I did, I created an account and entered my code through the "register a game" option at the bottom of the page. It told me that it had succefully registered my sims 3 game and nothing else happened. If someone knows what I should do I'd be really grateful because I have no idea what to do next. @ticettac2011 , have you logged  back into your Origin account to see if the game appears there ready to install? If it does not and you have proof of purchase, you can always call the EA Help Support Line to assist with adding the game to your Origin account.
