Every time I open The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection the neighborhoods would reset. [ Edited ]

I've been playing The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection for a while and these things are now happening. Every time I open the game and click to play in a neighborhood they would always reset them and I would have to wait for a while because they have to load stuff like pets, weather, exotic destinations, hobbies, and magic (this is another problem that I'm having with the game). How do I prevent these from happening again?
