Electronic Arts folder in Documents missing

I re-did my laptop and installed the sims 2 ultimate collection again. After I downloaded some cc and went to go install them I noticed that the EA folder is missing. How do I get it back?

If it's not already created, it will when you will open the game the first time. Please note that the folder isn't call Electronic Arts but EA Games.
