Custom headgear won't show up? The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection

I've recently installed several .packages for The Sims 2. Some Pokemon stuff and a Morgana costume for toddlers. But I can't get ANY of the hats to show up. What's with that? I had a bunch of Fire Emblem mods on here as well, and they all work just fine. The body outfits all work, also. So why are some specific hats not loading?

@Glitchgoat91 Although I'm not familiar with that CC, is it possible that it shows up under Custom Hair, or in some other category such as Glasses, Jewellery, etc.?

@Glitchgoat91 , check to make sure that all of your CC ends in ".package". If it ends in ".Sims2pack" it still needs to be unzipped and added to your Downloads folder as a ".package" file. Just checking as many creators today already unzip their files for uploads, but some older content may not be.
