Hello! I recently registered my Sims Medieval to my origin account, and I kept getting a 'GAME UPDATE ERROR: There was a problem while updating your game. One or more files that requires an update may be in use. If the issue persists please restart your computer and resume the update.' whenever I try to update. Trying to play without update leads to a beige screen that just says the "I have timed out".

but whenever I get to step 11, there is no Sims Medieval icon, only a readme.txt and a Sims Medieval uninstaller (both of which do nothing).
