Can't download games

I recently bought a new laptop, and downloaded Origin and I cannot seem to download my Sims 2 Ultimate Collection or any other games for that matter.

It says it needs windows permission and I should click yes when it pops up, it's been 2 hours.....

Could you try run Origin as an Administrator? 

Right click on the icon and click on Properties. Then click on compatibility bar and then below "Run this program as an administrator".
