can't download skate 3 xbox 360

hi, i purchased skate 3 from the xbox 360 marketplace, i tried downloading but it gives me an error at 80%, '' skate 3 can't be downloaded '' i cheked my storage, '' corrupted game '' i tried clearing the cache, even restarted my hole xbox 360 and still can't download it, i cheked other publications, twitter, reddit, etc... and still can't get a solution, i tried like 20 times and nothing, even changed my region, network etc.
