Trouble installing Simcity 4 Deluxe

Have an old copy of Simcity4 Deluxe. Trying to install it and it says I should type in all the codes found on the back of the box.  Here's the back of the box.

No codes.  No codes inside the box (I looked just in case).

Any ideas?

@ustamills Nevermind. I found the answer in a thread about another version. Despite what the installation software says, it is NOT on the box. It is on the back of one of the manuals inside the box.
