Simcity trial doesn't opening

Hi Simcity fans actually i downloaded the trial version of simcity for 4 hours but after downloading the game didnt open and all of my 4 hours spent.......fully waste!!!!!!!

so now if i want to reset the trial....can i do that pleaseeeee i am a hard simcity fan and i want to play it.......
