SimCity 4 crashing right after launch

I just installed SimCity 4 through EA Launcher, and that was crashing, so I uninstalled and reinstalled on Origin, but am still having the same issue. I have tried a number of fixes and the launcher, but the issue is still happening. The game can launch, and the intro will play, but as soon as it gets to the loading screen it crashes, with no error message or anything, just shuts down.

My game was working fine with all my plug ins.  The EA app forced me to install on my computer which wouldn't load my game until I did so.  Now that I have the app I can't play it.  I have tried loading the game from the desktop shortcut and through the EA app.  I get past the intro, I can load any region but when I try to play on any tile it looks like it's loading and then crashes.  Please help
