Im not the type of person to refund a game, especially under $10 - but I was VERY disappointed with SimCity 2000 "Special Edition". I went out of my way to purchase a 26 year old game instead of torrenting it, a game still being price at $6 even though SimCity 3000 is priced at $3 on GOG.
What did I get with the "Special Edition"?
I got SimCity 2000 packaged with DOSBox.
If I wanted SimCity 2000 on DOSBox I would have simply just ripped the game online for free on put it on DOSBox or a 32-bit XP VM.
Complete money-grab by EA Games. I thought at the very least they would have it running natively on Windows 10 64-bit, to warrant the price of $6 for such an old game. Absolutely atrocious. I refunded the game, but that's not enough to express how disatisfied I am.
