I have a retail version of sim city 4, and the product code is not working on origin.
As well as on the contact us site of EA, I have no way of contacting them as the only option It's giving me is phone call.
It was working earlier, the first support guy said the picture files didn't transfer correctly, and in the second one, I posted it, chat opened, I got no message introduction from this "monica", got told i had been gone for a while so i responded, then the support dudette closed the chat after i responded, due to me being "afk". Horrible customer service experience from ea today by the way.
