If I buy SimCity™ 4 Deluxe Edition can I download it to my PC and play in single player mode without using the Basic or Premier membership?

Hi @Blessingdog - Any game that you purchase through EA / Origin is yours to play. You do not need Origin Access or Origin Access Premier to play purchased games. You will need to use the Origin application, but you do not need a subscription.

Keep in mind that SimCity 4 is an older 32-bit game that is no longer being developed. It will not run on MacOS Catalina and later, and may need to be run in compatibility mode for Windows 8 and later. The Origin version of SimCity 4 Deluxe is 1.1.610; it cannot be patched to 1.1.638.
