I have lost an extension pack which i downloaded, recently changed the hard drive

@jessiemarybond Hey, as far as I remember (it's been a while since I reinstalled) the Simcity installer should download everything. 

If it's not doing so, left-click on the SC panel, then the "i" button. Scroll down on the next page to see your DLC.

You can manage and redownload content from there.
