cant download Jedi fallen order

For some reason when I try to download Jedi fallen order via Xbox game pass it takes me to the ea app and gives me the error 500. I don't have a problem downloading any other game its just this game. Has anyone had this problem before

@rahand3443 I fixed it by opening EA APP the same time. Hope this helps
