Why doesent the mon Cala lvl in Star Wars squadrons load up

When I enter the lvl it allows me to choose the ship and go to the briefing then I get stuck on the black loading screen when will you fix this!!!!!!

PC using Epic and also EA. Neither work.

Game starts, but just like OP, when you get to the Mon Cala level, you can select the ship and go to the briefing, but then it gets stuck in a loading screen that never ends.

Hey, can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Star Wars: Squadrons and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
