It is happening to many people sadly, I’m afraid we have to wait for a futur uptade..

Looks like the game wants us to finish a boss before leaving... which sounds dumb, I really hope they don’t take a while to fix it because this ruined my week end I expected to be able to finish the game

@Wesker096 Same thing here. Absolutely ridiculous that this wasn't picked up. Not testing taking a second attempt at a boss after switching the console on/off? Amateur hour

White screen bug before boss fight on dathomir, I fought and lost to the boss and decided to try again later, saving and qutting and when I returned I get a white screen and am unable to continue with the game. Frustrating.

Summarize your bug Instead of a cutscene, I get a white screen when I try to open the door. It worked once, got to malicor, now i get repeated white screen of death.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I reported the error on my ps4
What happens when the bug occurs? White screen, I can hear my footsteps, cutscene not loading
What do you expect to see? A cutscene with jedi masters ghost, then door opening
