When i open battlefield and go to the multiplayer tab it says ACCESS DENIED

Hi! So the problem is if i open Battlefield 1 i can only play campaign if i open the multiplayer tab it says ACCESS DENIED and the same problem is on FIFA 18. Yeah i also have a EA account
