There is no support from EA. I have looked at every post where someone says they can't get Jedi Fallen Order to launch, and no support people have replied to any of them, only other players trying to help. This "support" is a sham. I paid a lot of money for Jedi Fallen Order and despite uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times on a brand new high end PC, it won't launch. EA has lost my business.

Hey, @tolkyyn can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with JFO and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.
Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
Let me know if this works or not for you.

I did everything you suggested, including the updates, and I get the exact same error message. This is very frustrating.

@tolkyyn can you try to clear the Origin cache and see how it works out. (assuming you are on Origin here)
The game should not ask you for a key.

I followed all the steps, rebooted, clicked on Origin, signed in, tried to play Jedi Fallen Order and got the exact same error message I've gotten every other time.

Have you treed EA App and start the game from there? @tolkyyn,

You don't have anti-virus or firewall that has blocked JFO?
