Re: Star Wars Squadrons - EA Friends Blank for all platforms

Since at least last Saturday my EA and Blocked lists are blank. This means I cannot squad up with my crossplay friends. Even if we see each other by creating a custom match, we cannot re-add each other as friends or group up. I play on PC, my friends on X-Box and Playstation and they are having the same issue. Please help as this makes the game unplayable.
HI, @VirtualCoach Can we try going through the following steps?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

- PSN ID/Gamertag: VirtualCoach
- Are you getting an error message? No
- Does this happen to any other account on the device? I logged in from the Steam Version of the same game, same issue. My friends are on X-Box and Playstation, also getting the same error. LIkewise people are commenting the same problem on a group Squadron's Facebook page.
- Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive? Internal SSD
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired, 1gb connection.
- Is anything else happening? Everything works, just cannot see EA friends, Origin Friends (as they are also on PC show up)
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Error fixing, re-install, etc.
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... ATTACHED
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app
