Just bought Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order via Steam.
Have installed (uninstalled, and reinstalled) the Origin client; I've also verified the install of the game itself twice, via Steam.
My problem is that I can get to the screen to Start a New Journey - but I can't pick a Difficulty level. When I try, no matter which one I pick, I just click on it/tap Space, it acknowledges the key press, but does nothing.
Please help - really disappointing as I'm super keen to play this game.
EDIT: Just tried on a different computer... exactly the same result.

Supplementary question: Is this the only way I can get technical help for this game? The Origin website only seems to offer the Answers HQ (and Steam just directs you to EA/Origin). Considering it's been 24 hours with precisely 0 interaction, this isn't quite what I had in mind. Can I raise a ticket, or something?

@EA_Atic thanks for the reply, that screen is as far as I go (without the window about meditation training in the bottom right corner). When I click on a difficulty level, it sort of selects it (i.e. the bars change) but nothing else happens. There's a noise when I click/press and a little white bit of the 'control pad' graphic on the screen illuminates, but nothing happens. On either of the computers I've tried it on...

I tried to figure out this same thing. Turns out you have to hold Space bar, not just tap it.
