Squadrons doesn't start when my HOTAS Saitek Evo Force is plugged in

Have and love a Saitek Evo Force HOTAS.

After Buying the game i tried about 20h to start that buggy version of a game (several times with EA Games) but it always crashed or continued in the background without opening anythin....

Then... 20h later my hotas was without power and tried it again... suddenly game opens and i can play

Plugged in the Hotas again and the same .... all the time.

How can that be ?!?! please fix it, payed a lot of money for the PC, Quest 2 and last but not least this game and now i cannot play it.

Any Hints ?
