Problems with battlefield 2042

• Why is it so hard to email EA games about issues the help site doesn't help dam way. Why can't I play the battlefield 2042 tried  fir daily 2 hours and why is it only when I can play us on beginner and when I pick a board it only plays the same 3 boards everytime  why is it there is 7 players in a four person vehicles  why is it enemy players move n crawl so fast. Why is it my deaths are as many kills I have gotten and my kills are as many times I have died????????? Why is it enemy players spawn outta kno where . And why when have a spawn point u spawn so far away from area u picked???????? PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS IS YOUR GAME COMPROMISED DONT YOU KEEP UP ON THIS GAME THE UPDATE YESTERDAY DID NOTHING!!!!!!! And why is it only the russian  flag aways pops up and when the American flag pops up u don't even get a count down the 4 3 2 1. What's the problem and is taking forever just to submit this
