My account says I can’t play online

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Other
Please explain 'Other' Can’t get on to the game
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. Signed in and was told my account is not able to play online
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Before I got to the main menu

I can’t get through to the main menu because my account is not able to play online according to EA

Hi there, @rorynorwood.

 

I'm not seeing any issues with your account. Can you provide a screenshot of the message? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
