Jedi fallen order force slow stopped working

I'm playing the ps5 version of jedi fallen order and force slow has stopped working on rocket troopers. First I thought it was because I remapped the buttons, but I set them back to default and force slow still will not work.I even deleted my game, erased all my saves, removed fallen order from my ps5 and downloaded it again and it STILL doesn't work! Using force slow on the rocket troppers to manipulate the rockets trajectory is one of my favorite parts of the game and it is not working. Some help would be awesome.
