I cant upgrade to ps5 version of jedi fallen order or transfer my ps4 saves

So as you can see I have fallen order up. When I go to which version u want to choose, the one on the left is the game inside the ps5 and the one on the right is the main game I already had on the ps4 which for some reason is a download game even tho I never downloaded it, it was always disc. So I click on it and it shows all of the trophies I have. I go to the storage and in there you can see 2 different fallen order saved data for some reason. Idk why this is happening and am pissed cuz i want to play this game again on ps5 since I haven't played it in 2 years and now it seems all of my work on the ps4 game is lost.
