I can't use my keyboard.

I cant use my keyboard in the menu, but i can click and move my cursor. but when i join a game, i cant use both! i tried to move my mouse and click, it wont move, and i pressed all key on the keyboard from esc to numpad enter, nothing works! but i can open the origin overlay, and then i pressed alt+tab and write this post, and there is no message popups, i see no message like "please update your intel driver" and something like that! did i need to re-install or what?

I see. If you restart your system with a Clean Boot does this have any effect?

@dogggo0 A reinstall shouldn't be needed, but there are some steps that may help. 

To start, can you unplug any extra USB devices other than your keyboard and mouse, and see if that helps at all?

If this has no effect, you can try a repair. Right-click the game panel in Origin and you should get the repair option. This should forego any need to reinstall.

Good to know. In this case it sounds like a 3rd party program is interfering with the game. You can try turning back on your programs gradually and check the game intermittently, it should help track down the conflicting program.

I have the same problem, expect that i can use the mouse all along, but no keyboard. I did try your solution, didn't help me :/

@MerlinGazon If you have a different keyboard to hand can you try that?

If you're using an expensive/gaming keyboard can you try ensuring that any software for it is installed/updated.

Try this.

Go to keyboard, in game settings and restore to default.

Worked for me, somehow all slots in there were empty, while my keyboard and mouse weren't responding.
