I can't seem to get anything to work. My EA account won't connect to my Xbox Live PC GamesPass account because it is saying that my Xbox Live PC GamesPass account is linked to an email that is disabled. I cannot start a chat with an agent--it will not allow for me to choose my platform (it does not give me any option to click, and I cannot submit without this selected.)

Hi @Clydio
To confirm based on the info you've provided so far, it seems the Xbox account is indeed tied to an existing EA account. If we are not sure which account this might be we will need to create a case on our help site for a support agent to further investigate.
Additional information:
When making a case try clearing out your cookies and cache, or using your browsers incognito mode, then use the first link above.
Select Star Wars: Squadrons | I need help logging in to my EA Account on Xbox | Chat or Email (options may vary)
Cheers!

Hi @Clydio If your Xbox account is already linked to an EA account, we will be unable to link it to the current one you are using.
You can create a support case at the link below to reach out to a support agent to take a further look at this for you.
Choice the options: STAR WARS SQUADRONS > I need help logging in to my EA Account on Xbox
Thanks!

I've never connected my xbox account to EA before.. I haven't connected it to an account, and when I attempt to, the email it says that it is connected to ends with disabled@ea which is not something I could ever set up.
I cannot get the EA help website to help me at all. It will not let me create a support case--it tells me to pick which platform I'm using and then it doesn't give me a choice. This is why I'm posting here. Everytime that I click on my issue it just sends me to the settings page to "connect accounts" which also does not work... it gives me the error about my xbox live account...
Again, please advise as to how I am supposed to use this service? I haven't ever linked my xbox account with an EA account, but you say I have, and you're telling me to use a help website, which I also cannot use.

Why can't you give a response to the community in our immense number of threads reporting the problem of servers crashing in Battlefront 2015? At least a response is what we deserve, at least to know if they are doing something to solve the problem or they won't. @EA_Illium
