Can't play R1 Scariff or Bespin

When I click on either one to play, it says "Content not installed, go to ps store to blah blah" I go to the ps store and it says "Content already installed." I got the purchase confirmation email. What am I missing here?

Have you tried to power cycle (turn it off and unplug from the power supply for a few minutes, before turning it on again) your console? Your main game is a digital download or a physical disk version?

Not sure how old this question is, but I had the same problem. I forget exactly how to get there, but it's in Settings, find reinstate licenses and sheet it. It will redownload ur permissions...
