Can't open the "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order" title screen, error 500/404

I'm experiencing a problem when trying to download "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order", whenever I try to open the game's title screen it shows error 500 or 404.

This doesn't happen with any other game, only this one, I've tried uninstalling and installing, clearing the cache, I've already reported the bug, but I still can't download the game.

i have the same problem since last night, i.ve tried to clear the cache, re-install the ea play app, change the internet, but nothing happened. all the other gamnes runs normally.
