Can't jump onto Cere's ship (Bracca, before first Second Sister fight)

I just downloaded the game, but I can't get to the first fight with the Second Sister. As I slide down towards the end of the train, Cere's ship is supposed to fly in front of me and allow me to jump and hang onto a ledge. However, Cere's ship is nowhere to be seen. I only fall off the train and everything becomes darker, and I can not move, but I can use my lightsaber. I fall endlessly until I die. When I respawn, everything is darker than usual on the train.

I have tried repairing the files through Origin along with uninstalling and reinstalling, but the issue still remains. How should I fix this?

Hey, @kmplayer  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with JFO and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
