Can not unlock full house trophy

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Cannot unlock last crew member for trophy full house
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Located on Bogano right as you leave ship and go down the stair to first puzzle on planet
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot interact with creature to have it enter ship
What do you expect to see? Interact button show up but nothing shows after I have force pushed door open

I've tried everything I've left the planet came back even uninstalled and reinstalled game nothing works. Trophy unattainable.

I think I was qble to interact with it but It never got on the ship
