Batllefront installation failed and the code is not working anymore [ Edited ]

I just bought the Disc SW Battlefront Ultimate Edition, i start running the first disc [Do not attempt to bypass the swear filter - CM] i introduced the code, and after a few seconds, Origin said that the Installation Failed... so, i try again but, [Do not post in all CAPS. There is no need to SHOUT - CM]   and the game is not in the Library!!! So, please help!

I'm sorry, I didn't know that is possible to SHOUT by tiping... So, I have spoken with one of your colleagues, and he said that the disc which I bought, Battlefront Ultimate Edition, did not include the Base game, that is correct?

@Player_9sltm3nk That is incorrect, the Battlefront Ultimate Edition contains the game and all DLC for it.

Hello again! So, that means that my disc did not had inside the code for the Base game... only for Season pass and another code for SW the Old Republic, a code for a swoop bike... but nothing for the Battlefront base game. It's more like a lottery with this discs, I see...

@Player_9sltm3nk If you purchased a boxed copy of the game and codes are missing then you will need to contact the retailer. 

Have you checked that you have no overlooked the game code as it can be easy to miss it?
