Summarize your bug The whole level/area is disappearing on the train stage of the Shipbreaking yard and my character is falling into the void

What happens when the bug occurs? level/area is disappearing and i'm falling into the void
What do you expect to see? A fix and finally play the game
I just bought digitally the game (Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order) for my ps4 pro, and on the very first stage, on that train of the Shipbreaking yard.. when i am following Prauf, and after changing dimension-place and exactly when i am touching that door in that corridor with the alarms, the whole area/level vanishes and i'm falling to the void, it happens all the time!
The game is unplayable for me!
Solutions i have tried to fix the problem:
I have rebuilt ps4 database-nothing.
I have lowered the resolution to 1080P-nothing
I have turned on the performance mode-nothing.
I have re downloaded the whole game-nothing
I have turned off the share data-nothing
Please advice!
