automaticaly removed my pvz2 games user id (not gaming id) [ Edited ]

When I am play finished of my pvz2 games. Then I am click on my back button and i am back to pvz2 home page. Then automatically removed my user id & system recommended to type a new user id. At this time I have no choice for another action. So i am type a new user id. Then I saw my playing user id not showing in the player list of pvz2 game. After this happened i am trying to my gamer id (user id) recovering from play service. But i am not successful. Please anyone tell me how can I get back my user id ?

No i have no backed up of this game, but I saw with my gaming id from google play service my all progress are saved.
