Sprout issues

Hello.
I have some issues with my PvZ game.
First one is present sprouts don’t drop anymore.
Second one is I can’t access one of Crazy Dave’s Shop window - the one with stinky snail and mystery sprout gifts.
Anyone having the same issues?
Anyone knows how to solve those problems?

I have the same issue with PvZ HD 2.2.00 (229859) on my iPad. 

No plants or chocolate drops. Missing page with zen garden extensions (night and aquatic) and mystery sprouts.
