my pvz i got for xbox one doesnt work digitally

so i got pvz THE ORIGINAL for xbox one it said it was backwards compatable from the xbox 360 adn it loads, i press A, and it asks me for my account, like a normal game would, then it says "sorry, this profile cant connect to to this xbox live on this console, to fix it download it again" First thing thats wrong i have ultimate, second i redownload my profile and its not even the same name! i havent redownloaded the game yet but thats what im going to do now. if that doesnt work im just not gunna pplay this game
