I tried to uninstall the game and reinstall and nothing just invalid file version please help

This has happened to me to I'm so f***ing PISSED and crying please i tried everything and people don't even have any videos on it only 1 but the guys like Korean or Chinese or something like that like bro please please help I'm crying in my chair while righting this please
