Unable to Connect to EA Servers for PvZ GW (I'm going crazy)

What I don't understand is why my Xbox is connecting but my fiances is not. We are on the same connection and our xboxes are literally 8 ft apart

i just in countered this problem today EA needs to step up their game! i can play other games perfectly fine but not PvZ GW 1.

Hi I'm from Australia. I have had problems with connecting to GW2 for the past 6 hours! My internet checks are fine and other games and services work perfectly. It says I can't connect to the EA servers and I need to check my connection.

Please help EA!

have done every thing and my grandson wants to know and if i pay 60 dollor and it does not work i will be calling for a refund because you cant play this thing of line like other games so you should fix this problem or dont sell the game

I put mine on wired and it now works, however this is an inconvenience and I hope it gets fixed soon.

Same here. Extremely dissapointed in EA.  First we pay for the game on Xbox.  Then we are forced to create an EA account.  Next you try and charge us to play the game we just paid for.  After that you force us to endure endless updates.  We are on an extremely fast fiber optic connection, yet it took 75 minutes to download a simple 1.5 gb file.  Absolutely the worst Xbox partner on the market.  Fix your system or quit selling your games... you don't have the right to take advantage of customers.
