EA_Zoe, the link you furnished is for the incorrect product.
You've succeeded in sending users who correctly describe the issue as a bug, though for technical reasons within the EA support chain you want to triage that to game performance issues, without offering even the beginnings of an explanation as to the reason for the difference. Then on top of that you drop them a link to a form that can't possibly work because it is for Garden Warfare, an entirely different product whose only connection is that it shares the same IP.
I realize that was likely an honest mistake, but that was carelessly handled.

Unlike Garden Warfare, the only option for iOS for this game *is* to report it as a bug. There is no "game performance" category.
