Hi,
I have been playing the games for a long time. On July 29th, the game crashed. It has happened frequently so I just restarted it. But this time it behaved as if I have never played it. The profile/progress is lost.
I filed the case with EA help right away. Now it has been 72 hours but no reply. Last time I lost the progress is about a year ago and EA was helpful. So I"m not sure if they no longer offer such support.
Is there any other things I can try to restore my profiles?
Side note. Another strange thing is the EA help portal does not allow me to type anything other than letter and number now. Anyone seen that?

@hh8923 Hi, it looks like there may be a bit of a backlog at the moment. we're coming into the busiest time of year with the release of some big products, and unfortunately this can lead to slower responses than we want.

I filed a second case and got reply immediately. The first case had reply for 4 days. So looks like the priority is a bit messy but my problem is solved. Just need to get back to the Jade league
